Transurban Dollar Match Days and Prize Terms and Conditions:

  1. As part of ‘The Sunday Mail Transurban Bridge to Brisbane’ event held on Sunday, 14 September 2025 in Brisbane, Queensland (Event), Queensland Motorways Management Pty Ltd ABN 86 010 630 921 (Transurban) will participate in the campaign known as the ‘Transurban Dollar Match Day’ (Promotion). 
  2. The Promotion will commence at 12.01am AEST on Thursday, 7 August 2025 and end at 11.59pm AEST on Saturday, 9 August 2025 or until the maximum amount of $15,000 has been matched by Transurban whichever is earlier (Promotion Period). 
  3. Event participants in the Event who have chosen Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland (RMHC SEQ) as their selected charity that receive a donation via their individual or team fundraising page during the Promotion Period will be eligible to be part of the Promotion.
  4. During the Promotion Period, Transurban will match dollar for dollar donations made to any Event participant’s individual or team fundraising page up to the maximum amount of $15,000 (Matched Donations). 
  5. All matched contributions will appear on the ‘RMHC South East Qld’ fundraising page.
  6. Matched Donations will be processed in order by time and date and will appear automatically on the Event participant’s individual or team fundraising page once processed.
  7. The following donations are not eligible to be matched:
    1. Any donations that have not been made to the Event participant’s individual or team fundraising page; or
    2. Donations that have been made outside of the Promotion Period.
  8. RMHC SEQ will announce the end of the Promotion Period via the RMHC SEQ Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/RMHCSEQ. 
  9. The Event participant who fundraises the most amount of money towards the RMHC SEQ fundraising page (the Winner) during the Promotion Period will receive four (4) x  tickets to the Transurban VIP Marquee in the Bridge to Brisbane event finish village, with breakfast supplied.
  10. Subject to the Winner (acting reasonably) consenting, RMHC SEQ will post the name and photograph of the Winner on their Facebook page either before or after the Event.  The photograph of the Winner will be taken at the Transurban VIP Marquee in the Bridge to Brisbane event finish village.  
  11. RMHC SEQ will announce and notify the highest fundraiser at 12.00pm Monday, 11 August 2025.  Details will be announced on RMHC SEQ Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/RMHCSEQ. 
  12. The Winner consents to RMHC SEQ providing Transurban with the Winner’s contact details (including but not limited to the Winner’s full name, email and mobile number) in order for Transurban to facilitate access into the Transurban VIP Marquee in the Bridge to Brisbane event finish village and congratulating the Winner on their prize.
  13. The amount of Matched Donations appearing on an Event participant’s individual or team fundraising page at the end of the Promotion Period, will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the amounts of Matched Donations, the allocation of Matched Donations, or how and to what amount the Matched Donations are allocated to any Event participant’s individual or team fundraising page during the Promotion Period.
