The 2025 Jewellery Raffle (Raffle) will be conducted by Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland (RMHC SEQ) via its nominee and permit holder.

Raffle ticket sale revenue will be collected and used by RMHC SEQ to assist South East Queensland families and sick kids.

By purchasing a ticket in this Raffle, you agree to these terms and conditions:

1. Entry Restrictions: Except for the persons listed below, entry is open to persons aged 18 years or older and who are residing in Queensland when they purchase a ticket.
   You are not permitted to buy a ticket or claim a prize in this Raffle if any of the following apply:
   a) you are an employee, volunteer, or board member of RMHC SEQ,
   b) you are an immediate family member of an employee or board member of RMHC SEQ.
2. The Raffle starts at 11:30am AEST Saturday 14th June 2025 and finishes at the 3.45pm AEST on Saturday 14th June 2024. The Raffle may close earlier or when all raffle tickets are sold.
3. Raffle tickets can only be purchased at the RMHC SEQ Sunny Race Day Event held at the Cold Coast Turf Club Event Centre Racecourse Drive Bundall. Purchases are final, and no refunds will be given.
4. There will be a maximum of 100 tickets only available for sale. Eligible entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of Raffle tickets they may be purchased.
5. The draw for a winner will take place and announced to the audience at 4.00pm at Cold Coast Turf Club Event Centre Racecourse Drive Bundall.
6. The prize winner will be notified in person at the event.
7. If the prize winner has left the function before the draw has taken place, the prize winner will be notified via telephone and email.
8. You acknowledge that RMHC SEQ, its Board and the suppliers of the prizes make no warranties or representations in relation to the prizes.
9. You agree to accept collection of the prizes as supplied by RMHC SEQ or the provider of the prize. Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland

10. The prizes are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
11. Prizes and participation in the prizes are subject to conditions imposed by the supplier of the Prizes and are subject to any government orders, restrictions or directions.
12. Prizes that remain unclaimed prizes at 5.00pm Monday 1^st July 2025 will be entered into the unclaimed prize draw, to take place at Ronald McDonald House Level 10 283 Vulture St, South Brisbane on Tuesday 2^nd July at noon.
13. You consent to your personal information being collected, retained, and used in accordance with RMHC SEQ’s Privacy Policy.
14. Unless you advise otherwise, you consent to your name and photograph being used by RMHC SEQ, for promotional purposes.
15. You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to take ownership of the prizes.
16. Any contests or disputes regarding the Raffle will be resolved by the RMHC SEQ Board only and their decision is final.
17. Except where stated otherwise, you agree to bear any additional costs involved in claiming or using the prizes.

Prize terms and conditions:

1. First Prize: 1 x 14k White Gold Diamond Tennis Bracelet 5.75ct Lab Diamonds. Supplied by CTJ Jewellers.
2. The winner is responsible for collecting the prize either at the event or at a mutually agreed time with an RMHC SEQ representative.
3. Upon collection, the winner must complete and sign documentation confirming receipt of the prize.
